Over a 10 year period, I can recommend 99, Fairfield rd as a well run, well appointed house. It is amazingly quiet. The tenants seem to buy into the atmosphere. Access to the 3 bathrooms is never a problem. The cleaner does an excellent job in the public areas of the house, which always present well.
